• Received the 65th Electrical Science and Technology Encouragement Award for the development of a lightning resistance device that takes into account the degradation characteristics of ZnO devices.
• Received the Hyogo Prefecture Invention Prize at the Hyogo Prefecture Commendation for Inventions, etc. in fiscal 2009.
• Honorary Advisor Hirotaka Yoshida received the Distinguished Service Award from the Osaka Institute of Invention and Innovation for his contribution to the management of the association over many years.
